Very informative. I am way beyond 30s, close to 60 now. And need to have more seeds for magnesium and Omega 3. I should actually get more regular with my tests.

I could not agree more with you. Vitamin and mineral supplements are a must in our 30s, as we women lose a lot of weight and calcium due to periods, childbirth, etc. So taking care of health is important with these important supplements.
